This brand is my heart.

Lyrics & Notes started with a simple truth . I heal through music. I process life in lyrics. And I’ve found peace, clarity, and joy through herbs that hold me down when the world is doing the most.
I was raised in New Orleans, Where the music never stops, Where flavor is everything And where storytelling lives in our bones
I’ve always been the girl who made playlists for every mood. The one who checked on people with a cup of tea and a good word. The one who needed something more than just routine I needed ritual So I created this.
